Refund policy

We are unable to provide returns for made-to-order jewelry, raw stone rings, or any custom pieces. For all gold wire jewelry, we provide returns within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of your jewelry. Please contact us in the first instance to notify us of the intended return. Returned items should be securely wrapped and should arrive in the same box fresh condition within the original packaging and with the original documentation.  The cost of return is the responsibility of the sender along with any insurance.
